Scriber-Breaker & Sorter.
The SBS-420 is an automated solution, to singulate small parts,
as used for customized , Chip Size Package.
The system includes:
-a scriber for thin glass wafer,
-a breaker unit
-an automated sorter for packaging assembly.
-Inspection routine, upon production criteria.
-No tape concept
